Price Match Guarantee

Peakline Rental & Repair will match any lower total delivered price for comparable equipment, subject to the conditions below.

What we match

We compare the total cost you would actually pay, not the advertised base rate. That total includes the machine rate for the rental period, round-trip delivery and pickup to your site, fuel and cleaning charges, damage waiver or insurance fees, environmental or shop fees, and any other mandatory surcharge. If the competing quote excludes any of these, we add them to the comparison.

What counts as comparable

The competing quote must be for the same or a substantially equivalent machine — same class, comparable operating weight, horsepower and attachment configuration — for the same rental dates, delivered to the same address, and available in stock for those dates.

Who we match

The competitor must be a licensed equipment rental business with a staffed location serving Central Vermont operating its own fleet. We do not match peer-to-peer marketplaces, listing aggregators, broker or lead-generation sites, private individuals, auction or liquidation sales, or quotes that include an operator.

How to claim

Submit the competing quote before your rental is confirmed. We need it in writing — a dated written quote, published rate sheet, or screenshot of the competitor's online booking total showing the machine, dates, delivery address and all fees. Verbal quotes and unverifiable figures cannot be matched. We may contact the competitor to confirm.

Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply to negotiated national account rates, volume or fleet agreements, membership pricing, employee or promotional discounts, bundled package deals, clearance or going-out-of-business pricing, or pricing errors and typographical mistakes. It does not apply to repair, service, transport-only or labor charges. It cannot be combined with other Peakline discounts or promotional codes, including CONTRACTOR15.

Other terms

One price match per rental. Non-transferable and no cash value. Matches are applied at booking and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed or in-progress rental. Peakline reserves the right to verify any quote, to decline a match we cannot verify, and to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time. Quotes we decline to match may still be beaten at our discretion.
